Product Introduction:

This product is formulated using water-based acrylic resin, additives, and selected high-quality anti-rust pigments, fillers, and deionized water. The paint film is tough, with good impact resistance, excellent flexibility, and superior adhesion. It boasts excellent color retention and long-term resistance to powdering, as well as aging resistance. The cured film forms a protective network, offering excellent corrosion resistance, salt spray resistance, and rust resistance. The coating dries quickly and offers high cost-effectiveness. It also exhibits strong weather resistance and excellent water resistance.

It is widely used as a rust-proof primer for cast iron parts and maintains good corrosion resistance in mildly corrosive environments. Applications include machinery, agricultural vehicles, steel structures, and more.

Construction process:

Before painting, the painted surface must be cleaned to ensure that it is free of all contaminants such as oil, rust, dust, and impurities, and the substrate must be clean and dry;

Before painting, the paint should be mixed and stirred evenly according to the required ratio. To adjust the spraying viscosity, deionized water within 10%-20% of the mixture can be added according to the corresponding ratio, and the mixture should be stirred thoroughly.

3. The spraying methods can be spraying, rolling, and brushing; during the acrylic construction process, it must not come into contact with water, acid, alcohol, alkali, etc.

4. Construction should be carried out under weather conditions with a relative air humidity of less than 85%. Operation should be avoided during rain, snow, fog, and strong wind weather. The painting humidity should be between 5℃ and 40℃.

Storage and transportation:

1. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, and isolated in a warehouse away from sources of ignition. The storage temperature should be maintained within the range of 5℃ to 35℃.

During transportation, the product should be protected from severe cold, rain, direct sunlight, and collisions to avoid any quality loss. Additionally, transportation must comply with relevant national laws and regulations.

3. Under the above storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 6 months; if it exceeds the shelf life, it can be tested according to the above indicators, and if it meets the technical specifications, it can still be used.
