Product Introduction:
This product is formulated using water-based acrylic resin as the film-forming matrix, and high-quality raw materials such as anti-rust pigments, corrosion inhibitors, and additives. The coating dries quickly and offers high cost-effectiveness; it boasts excellent film hardness and adhesion; strong weather resistance, good water resistance; high gloss, and good fullness.
Application fields:
When paired with a suitable water-based primer, it is suitable for decorating metal surfaces such as steel structure buildings, factory structures, and mechanical equipment in lightly corrosive environments. It exhibits good outdoor weather resistance and UV resistance.

Construction process:
Before painting, the painted surface must be treated to ensure that it is free of all contaminants such as oil, dust, and impurities, and the substrate must be clean and dry;
Before painting, the paint should be mixed and stirred evenly according to the required ratio. If the viscosity is too high, deionized water within 10%-20% of the mixture can be added according to the corresponding ratio to adjust the spraying viscosity, and the mixture should be stirred thoroughly.
3. The spraying methods can be spraying, rolling, and brushing. During the acrylic acid construction process, it must not come into contact with water, acid, alcohol, alkali, etc.
4. Construction should be carried out under weather conditions with a relative air humidity of less than 85%. Operation should be avoided during rain, snow, fog, and strong wind weather. The coating humidity should be between 5℃ and 40℃.
Storage and transportation:
1. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, and isolated in a fire-free warehouse. The storage temperature should be maintained within the range of 5℃ to 35℃.
During the transportation of products, attention should be paid to severe cold, rain, exposure to sunlight, and avoidance of collisions that may cause quality loss to the products. Meanwhile, transportation should comply with relevant national laws and regulations.
3. Under the above storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 6 months; if it exceeds the shelf life, it can be inspected according to the above indicators, and if it meets the technical indicator requirements, it can still be used.
Notes:
The construction site is well-ventilated, and it is necessary to wear a protective mask during spraying.
