Product Introduction:
This product is a topcoat formulated using high-quality waterborne alkyd resin as the main film-forming matrix, along with selected anti-rust pigments, fillers, and various additives, as well as deionized water and other raw materials. The paint film exhibits high gloss, good fullness, excellent oxidative crosslinking, and superior low-temperature film formation.
Application fields:
Suitable for decorative topcoats with high gloss requirements. Applied to substrates such as cranes, automotive chassis parts, rotating shafts, and high-gloss decorative applications.

Construction process:
Before painting, the painted surface must be treated to ensure it is free of all contaminants such as oil, dust, and impurities, and the substrate must be clean and dry;
Before painting, the paint should be mixed and stirred evenly according to the required ratio. If the viscosity is too high, deionized water within 10%-20% of the original volume can be added according to the corresponding ratio to adjust the spraying viscosity, and the mixture should be stirred thoroughly.
3. The spraying methods can be spraying, rolling, and brushing.
4. Construction should be carried out under weather conditions with a relative air humidity of less than 85%. Operation should be avoided during rain, snow, fog, and strong wind weather. The coating humidity should be between 5℃ and 40℃.
Storage and transportation:
1. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, and isolated in a warehouse away from sources of ignition. The storage temperature should be maintained within the range of 5℃ to 35℃.
During the transportation of products, care should be taken to prevent quality loss due to exposure to extreme cold, rain, sunlight, and collisions. Additionally, transportation must comply with relevant national laws and regulations.
3. Under the above storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 6 months. If it exceeds the shelf life, it can be inspected according to the above indicators. If it meets the technical indicator requirements, it can still be used.
Notes:
The construction site is well-ventilated, so it is necessary to wear a protective mask during spraying.
