Application fields:

Suitable for metal coating in the field of heavy anti-corrosion, it is used for anti-corrosion and rust prevention of large steel structures, bridges, ships, tower cranes, and storage tanks with high anti-corrosion requirements. When used in conjunction with high-performance primers and topcoats, it can further improve the anti-corrosion performance.

Construction technology:

1. Before painting, the painted base surface needs to be treated to ensure that there are no oil stains, floating rust, dust, impurities, or any other contaminants, to ensure that the substrate is clean and dry;

2. Before painting, the paint should be mixed according to the required ratio and stirred evenly. Deionized water up to 10% -20% can be added according to the corresponding ratio to adjust the spray viscosity and stir thoroughly.

3. The spraying method can be spray coating, roller coating, or brush coating; During the construction process, it is not allowed to come into contact with water, acid, alcohol, alkali, etc.

4. Construction should be carried out in weather with a relative humidity of less than 85%, avoiding working in rainy, snowy, foggy, and windy weather. The coating humidity should be between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃.

Storage and transportation:

1. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, and isolated from sources of fire. The storage temperature should be kept within 5 ℃ -35 ℃.

2. During transportation, attention should be paid to extreme cold, rain, direct sunlight exposure, and avoiding collisions that may cause quality damage to the product. At the same time, transportation should comply with relevant national laws and regulations.

3. The product is valid for at least 6 months under the above storage conditions; Beyond the expiration date, it can be tested according to the above indicators. If it meets the technical requirements, it can still be used.
