This product is formulated using superior water-based acrylic lotion, pigments, additives, and water. The product's paint film exhibits excellent adhesion, fast drying speed, and superior water resistance; it also boasts excellent weather resistance and salt spray resistance.

Applied to various plastic substrates, such as ABS, PC, ABS+PC, PS, PVS; used in aerospace and other plastic interiors, such as seats, plastic parts, and other components.

Painting process:

1. Before using this product, ensure that the plastic surface is free of oil stains and rust. You may add 10%-20% water to adjust the spray viscosity for ease of application, but try to minimize the amount of water added for dilution;

3. Theoretical coating rate (m²/l): When the dry film thickness is 25-40μm and the wet film thickness is 50-80μm, the theoretical coating rate is 10-12m²/l;

4. Mixing ratio: For single-component products, adjust the viscosity with water to a suitable level and use directly;

Painting kit:

Water-based single-component acrylic topcoat, water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat;

Storage and transportation:

1. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, and isolated in a fire-free warehouse. The storage temperature should be maintained within the range of 5℃ to 35℃.

During transportation, attention should be paid to preventing the product from suffering quality loss due to exposure to severe cold, rain, sunlight, and collision. Additionally, transportation must comply with relevant national laws and regulations.

3. Under the above storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 6 months; if it exceeds the shelf life, it can be tested according to the above indicators, and if it meets the technical specifications, it can still be used.
