This product is formulated with high-grade inorganic adhesive, imported coupling agent, anti-corrosion auxiliary agent, premium lotion, and deionized water. It features environmental friendliness, fast drying, anti-static properties, radiation resistance, UV resistance, salt spray resistance, aging resistance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance.

This product is suitable for bare steel surfaces that have undergone sandblasting (or shot blasting) treatment, and is widely used for corrosion protection in large steel structural components, ships, stadiums, airports, subway stations, offshore platforms, and more.

Construction process:
Before painting, the painted surface must be treated to ensure that it is free of all contaminants such as oil stains, rust, dust, and impurities, and the substrate must be clean and dry;
Before painting, the paint should be mixed and stirred evenly according to the required ratio. To adjust the spraying viscosity, deionized water within 10%-20% of the mixture can be added according to the corresponding ratio, and the mixture should be stirred thoroughly.
3. The spraying methods can be spraying, rolling, and brushing; during the construction process, it must not come into contact with water, acid, alcohol, alkali, etc.
4. Construction should be carried out on days with a relative air humidity of less than 85%. Operation should be avoided during rain, snow, fog, and strong winds. The coating humidity should be between 5℃ and 40℃.
Storage and transportation:
1. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, and isolated from sources of ignition in the warehouse. The storage temperature should be maintained within the range of 5℃ to 35℃.
During the transportation of products, attention should be paid to severe cold, rain, direct sunlight, and collision to avoid quality loss. Additionally, transportation should comply with relevant national laws and regulations.
3. Under the above storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 6 months; if it exceeds the shelf life, it can be tested according to the above indicators, and if it meets the technical specifications, it can still be used.

The construction site is well-ventilated, and it is necessary to wear a protective mask during spraying.
