This product is formulated using water-based amino resin combined with special additives, and uses deionized water as a diluent. The paint film is hard and tough, with good adhesion to metal substrates, easy application, fast drying, excellent wash resistance, and good rust resistance. It requires baking at 130°C-200°C.

Applied to coating products with extremely high decorative requirements. Mainly used in bicycle accessories, automotive parts, agricultural equipment accessories, instruments, motor parts, household appliances such as refrigerators, electric vehicles, etc.

Construction process:

Before painting, the painted surface must be treated to ensure that it is free of all contaminants such as oil stains, rust, dust, and impurities, and the substrate must be clean and dry;

Before painting, the paint should be mixed and stirred evenly according to the required ratio. To adjust the spraying viscosity, deionized water within 10%-20% of the mixture can be added according to the corresponding ratio, and the mixture should be stirred thoroughly.

3. The spraying methods can be spraying, rolling, and brushing; during the construction process, it must not come into contact with water, acid, alcohol, alkali, etc.

4. Construction should be carried out under weather conditions with a relative air humidity of less than 85%. It is necessary to avoid working in rain, snow, fog, or strong wind weather. The temperature for painting should be between 5℃ and 40℃.

Storage and transportation:

1. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, and isolated from sources of ignition in the warehouse. The storage temperature should be maintained within the range of 5℃ to 35℃.

During transportation, attention should be paid to preventing the product from suffering quality loss due to exposure to severe cold, rain, sunlight, and collisions. Additionally, transportation must comply with relevant national laws and regulations.

3. Under the above storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 6 months; if it exceeds the shelf life, it can be tested according to the above indicators, and if it meets the technical indicator requirements, it can still be used.
