Product Introduction:

This product is formulated using water-based resin as the film-forming base material, along with a curing agent, environmentally friendly color fillers, functional additives, and other materials. The paint film is full, with high gloss and bright color; it has good adhesion, high hardness, and excellent weather resistance.

Application fields:

Suitable for topcoat painting with high surface and weather resistance requirements. Primarily used for surface decoration of metal components such as wind turbine towers, mechanical equipment, construction machinery, and petrochemical oil pipes, it exhibits excellent outdoor weather resistance and corrosion resistance.

Construction process:

Before painting, the painted surface must be cleaned to ensure that it is free of all contaminants such as oil, rust, dust, and impurities, and the substrate must be clean and dry;

Before painting, the paint should be mixed and stirred evenly according to the required ratio. To adjust the spraying viscosity, deionized water within 10%-20% of the mixture can be added according to the corresponding ratio, and the mixture should be stirred thoroughly.

3. The spraying methods can be spraying, rolling, and brushing; during the construction process, it must not come into contact with water, acid, alcohol, alkali, etc.

4. Construction should be carried out on days with a relative air humidity of less than 85%. It is necessary to avoid working in rain, snow, fog, or strong winds. The temperature for painting should be between 5℃ and 40℃.

Storage and transportation:

1. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, and isolated from sources of ignition in the warehouse. The storage temperature should be maintained within the range of 5℃ to 35℃.

During the transportation of products, attention should be paid to severe cold, rain, sunlight exposure, and collision to avoid quality loss. At the same time, transportation should comply with relevant national laws and regulations.

3. Under the above storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least 6 months; if it exceeds the shelf life, it can be tested according to the above indicators, and if it meets the technical specifications, it can still be used.
